637 - Hide Blizzard Frames not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Joining Party/Raid

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This has only just started happening a few days ago.  When i join a group the default blizzard Player and Target frames show up, even with Hide Blizzard Frames enabled. When i disable then enable it they disappear until i enter/leave an instance. I don't use any other frame mod apart from Grid/healbot. It's been fine for a long time until now.

    Healbot does this. Configure it to not do this in the configuration under Skins.

    can you test this with no other addons enabled and if you can reproduce please attach your PitBull4.lua file found under WTF/Account/USERNAME/SavedVariables/PitBull4.lua
