637 - Hide Blizzard Frames not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This has only just started happening a few days ago.  When i join a group the default blizzard Player and Target frames show up, even with Hide Blizzard Frames enabled. When i disable then enable it they disappear until i enter/leave an instance. I don't use any other frame mod apart from Grid/healbot. It's been fine for a long time until now.
