632 - desaturate others' buffs/debuffs

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I'd love it if an option could be added to only color auras based on a filter (and have other auras be grayscale)
There are several oUF layouts that do this, and it just feels so much cleaner than scaling personal auras

If this doesn't interest anyone, could I be pointed in the general direction of where to look to hack this in?
