618 - Aura filters for hilighting purgeable buffs
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
It's possible to setup aura filters such that the aura highlight feature can be used on target frames to flag an enemy with purgeable/stealable buffs in a similar way to the current hilighting for dispellable debuffs on friendly targets.
This would be a useful filter to have pre-built as the complexity (and power and flexibilty) of the aura filter system is a bit daunting for the average user and doing this correctly is the sort of thing that should be done once by someone who understands how to build and nest the various filters and maps.

Shefki Oct 17, 2009 at 22:59 UTC - 0 likesI don't believe we know this information from the game engine. We know what debuffs are dispellable on friendly targets based on the type of debuff it is. However, I do not believe that offensive dispels have a similar capability. We do have a stealable flag, but it's never been clear if this flag is only set for spells that Mage's can spellsteal or also for spells that can be purged.
Basically, I don't think this can be done based on the information the game provides at this time.
