540 - Switch between buffs/debuffs
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Please add a posibility to switch between buffs/debuffs in case the target is a friendly unit or a hostile unit. Here is an example:
I have debuffs on top of my targets frame and buffs on the right. Since the space above the Target frame is limited, I would like to see the debuffs on the right and buffs on top but only in case the target is an enemy.

knowntobe Fri, 14 Aug 2009 15:13:15in reguard to the buffs/debuff rows, would it be possible to pick how many appear on each line before wrapping? If so, it allows for a long line of buffs/debuffs, rather than a forced limit of 5 before wrapping.

cerbul Fri, 14 Aug 2009 05:57:50I agree on that too. The main reason for this is to save some space, since the space above target frame is used by grid. But, since the only list of buffs/debuffs that makes sense to be restricted to one line, are the friendly player debuffs and the enemy buffs. So yes, either putting them together, with 1 line used by the friendly debuffs/enemy buffs and the rest of lines for player buffs/enemy debuffs, or keeping them in separate positons, but with the option to switch between them. Also, a good option would be to be able to group up the debuffs on an enemy player/boss, and show debuff icon only once (with number of stacks, even if they are made by different players), except if they are made by me. This might be not possible, but yes, would save alot of space. I may end up doing something like this...if it doesn't get added. I will restrict enemy debuffs to the ones made by me only, Like this I will see above target frame only the debuffs made by me in case it is an enemy frame, or the debuffs of a friendly char, which will not be more than one line. But still, would be nice to be able to switch between buffs/debuffs based or not based on the hostility of the target frame.

Merxz Thu, 13 Aug 2009 19:44:45I agree with this, but also would like to add a little bit more. I am used to X-perl switching location of buffs/debuffs depending on hostile/friendly targets. Also, Xperl lets buffs/debuffs stack on one another, andI was wondering if it was possible to be included. For instance, have buffs start at top left of frame, and debuffs start at top left of frame, but always be 1 column above buffs.
