533 - Bar loss fading

Hi,
wouldn't be possible to add the options to allow the health/power bars to change smoothly their values like it was in pitbull3?
Maybe i missed this feature but i looked everywhere in the layout editor ;)

Am still anxiously waiting for this feature. Have tried oUF with the Tuk layout because they had the smooth bar loss, but overall they're lacking almost everything I need from Pitbull other than that.
