468 - Color everything by anything

This is a ticket provide a generic solution to all the Color x by y tickets.

I'd like to implement my own bar/aura/text/icon coloring solution, providing the Lua or DogTag code, like it's done today for texts.

All the color stuff provided today by Pitbull 4 would be working template codes for that generic scheme.

This is more complicated than it would seem to do. It may or may not ever happen.
