38 - Portrait refresh/updating

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in
2. Player Portrait doesn't show unless I deactivate/reactivate Portrait in the Options
3. Profit?

The Portrait Element is there, it's just empty, until i reset it (moving the player unit frame also resets the pic).
Also Sometimes if I target an enemy unit after combat has started, the target portrait will not be shown... I'll try to reproduce this
