351 - Castbar option

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I usually want the castbar a bit below my unitframes. Atm im using the emptybars to make it happen. But with the free floating option (the same way you can have portrait)should make it easier to have the height of your bars as you want it. So no need for another castbar addon.

Please provide any additional information below.
I did a search, couldnt find anything, and if i missed it i appologise.
