260 - Target's Target & Target's Target's Target block mouse actions when disabled.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In setup mode move the TT/TTT Frames somewhere you'll remember where.
2. Disable them
3. Exit Setup mode
4. Attempt to use left/right mouse clicks into the environment/camera in the location where the frames used to be.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Normal Camera Interaction
Actual: No Interaction
