18 - Borders around frames.

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

The ability to add borders (maybe based on SharedMedia or other), at minimum a spacing around the outside of the unit frame and maybe an opacity and background color.

Please provide any additional information below.

Just so long as it's optional. :) I happen to like my frames all boring and borderless. :P
