150 - Portrait/CP scaling independent of other indicators

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Combo points and portrait should have independent scaling. Using indicators such as a rest icon in a bar in the center of the frame may leave you with portrait and combo point sizes that do not fit well with the rest of the layout.
