Pitbull 4 Config Menu

PitBull4 is a continuation of PitBull.

Differences from PitBull 3:

  • It's mostly done, but not entirely done thus why there are still only betas (despite this it is still very stable).
  • Documentation is written before functions
  • Much easier for third-party extensions.
  • Options will be much, much simpler. In 3.0, there's about 200 panels that you can mess with, it's overwhelming. I want to bring this down to somewhere around 10.
    • Layouts are defined deterministically and unit groups use the layout rather than ad-hoc layouts on a per-unit basis. This will make setting up your unit frames far, far easier.
    • Due to some decisions made, 4.0 is actually more configurable than 3.0. As a layout designer, you will have a lot more control over how things look. You can have different fonts on the same frame, different textures, more precise positioning, and a whole slough of other things.
  • CPU Efficiency will be taken much more seriously.
  • It uses Ace3 instead of Rock.

    I don't seem to be able to dismiss my pet with v4.0.0-beta42. I'm not sure whether earlier versions suffer from the same effect, as this is the first time I've played my hunter since MOP came out. The UI gives the usual warning: "Pitbull4 has been blocked from doing something that's only available to the Blizzard UI" and then asks me if I want to disable it or ignore it, etc.

    is there any way higlight buffs i can spellsteal? (default blizz style)

    The "OnEvent" errors related to animation should be fixed in beta42.

    i tried disabling animations and also hiding power and mana bars when not present and it still does same thing if u select a npc then another npc it switches fine but then u select a player it stays locked on the npc and vice versa

    I was able to replicate and solve the below error.

    The error happens if you have both Animated power bars and hide non-power activated at the same time. If you click on a target with power (i.e, mana, rage, energy etc) then click on another target without power (i.e, an npc), the error pops out and nothing appears for the target frame.

    Disabling the animation OR hide non-power stops the error.
