96 - Announce to party/raid
Is there a way or place to make an announcement when a certain debuff is dispelled. For example a way to announce in raid warning that Blackout has been dispelled. I see how it announces to me what affliction has been placed on a party/raid member, but maybe make it work in reverse, a list of items that you will announce when they are dispelled.
