Updated version number in TOC to 100007
Included new vesion of LibTourist
Had to remove the call to profession skill initialization, which no longer works, to fix issue #3
**As a result, the following KNOWN ISSUE is back:**
Profession skills are NOT AVAILABLE until any of the profession journals has been opened by the player.
