    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    Would like to see the ability added that will allow you to buff targeted Friendly Players NOT in group with you

    Please provide any additional information below.

    This is a much needed addition to this mod, it would be nice to be able to buff friendly players as you pass them soloing in town etc....
