Loot toasts no longer show a duplicate next to Blizzard's own loot pop-up. When XLoot's Loot Toasts are
enabled they now hide Blizzard's default loot toast so you see only one, controlled by a new "Hide
Blizzard's duplicate loot toast" option that is on while toasts are enabled. Non-loot alerts such as
achievements, recipes, pets, and mounts are left alone. Reported by HOPE.
Loot toasts now sit above other interface widgets instead of being covered by them, by raising the toast
