Oscarucb:
    - add option: quality threshold for ML confirmation
    - special recipient improvements
    add a textual indicator when looting to a special recipient, for clarity
    add an option to disable announcement when looting to a special recipient
    - fix disenchanter/banker ML entries
    Master config options now accept a comma-delimited priority list of
    character names as disenchanters and bankers.
    The first character on each list available on the loot table is added
    to the special recipients menu.
