    queuing from tracker and map; improved group search
    * enable "middle mouse button on world map WQ" feature as advertised,
    * enable WQA on manually tracked world quests even if we are not in the area yet,
    * search for groups in the correct category,
    * search for groups according to the selected language filters

    lib setup: HereBeDragons & LibStub
