Hello, I've been a big fan and have used WIM for a very long time. Recently, I have started getting this error and WIM doesn't work. Is this a known issue with the newest version, or did I break something. I have deleted any trace of WIM in my WTF folder and still get the same error when logging in:

Oftentimes when in combat and replying to someone, my chat box will jump to the top of the screen, not at all where i have it set to spawn at.

Other times it will grow the entire vertical length of the screen and take up top to bottom. The only fix for this is to close the window by shift clicking the minimize button.

It also appears in a different location than I set when i get multiple conversations. About a 1/8th of an inch lower.

Any fixes for these problems?

Started getting this error recently...

I have a small problem.
But i don't know if it's a WIM or a problem of FlagRSP wotlk.

Ok so maybe I missed this part....3 main questions really....
1. how do I get rid of the text showing up in the blizzard chat window if I'm using WIM?
2. It seems in the video that your chat bar is above where the blizz chat window is. Is that part of WIM or a different addon?
3. Is it possible to make the chat responsive the enter key like blizz chat currently is so I don't have to always click on the chat window again?

Can you add wowhead.com to your list of profile checkers? Wowhead boils down someones profile to a single number. That makes it easy to check if someone is still in their old questing gear or raid worthy. still won't help me filter out the idiots that wear a mix of DPS/Tanking gear when I need them healing, but it's a start.

Please add a class selection option to Whispers -> Filtering.
So we can make specific blocks for lvl <56 Death Knight.

Stupid gold sellers are getting too smart. :(

I poked around a bit in the options menu, but still need some help locating 2 options, Couldn't find to somehow make it more MSN like. Wanted to bind enter for reply. like Prat does. when someone is having a conversation with me i will automatic reply him when pressing enter. Hope you guys understand. And one more thing, it really annoys med that the chat pops up in my face when someone is whispering. But I'm sure that is pretty easy to find in options.

I'm quite sure it must be possible but I cannot find it.

Can I configure WIM to use the same history for all of my alts? So that when I switch my char and continue to chat with the same person, I see the history of what I wrote with the last alt?

When I update WIM I lose all of my history, I didn't know this until after it happened so now I know to backup before updating, but is there a location where the information may have remained, even if I can't view it in history viewer?

It isn't supposed to clear history. Might have been a problem with your saved variables. Anyone else have this problem? The only thing updated in this version was an updated LibWho, which apparently, another has been released this weekend.

The only time history was lost was when WIM 3 came out. It was rewritten form scratch and the format of the saved data was changed. So from TBC to Wotlk patch.

I dunno then. Can I get told what file has the text in it so I can see if I can manually extract it, or is it only readable by the program? It's happened to me on both updates I've had it through. It reset all of my settings too, as if I (I use the curse updater) deleted and replaced the whole file.

Is it possible to create an entirely new chat window replacing the defautl blizzard chat window.

I like the ability to add tabs for channels whispers per incoming user but adding another window to the game is undersireable for me.
