Scrollable Tooltips for PvP Event Map (and actually everything else too) #124

    Retail/Classic Version:

    Retail (I guess it would be useful for both versions)

     

    Description/Stack Trace:

     

    Tooltips, especially those you get on moseovering marks on pvp event map have one weakness: They aren't scrollable.

    For players who do a lot WPvP a function like that would come in handy since it looks like this after a while:

     

     

     

    Especially on screenshot two I got the feeling this might not show the entire story as some of it just exceeds the screen. 

     

    Also tooltips of single players seems to be limited as the following screenshot shows:

     

     

    Steps to Reproduce:

     

    Kill many Hordes.
