Warlords of Draenor finally introduced a new talent macro conditional!
/cast [talent:4/1] Storm Bolt; [talent:4/2] Shockwave; [talent:4/3] Dragon Roar
This should be enough for most people...
/cast [spec:1,talent:5/1] Nether Tempest; [spec:2,talent:5/1] Living Bomb; [talent:5/2] Unstable Magic; [spec:1,talent:5/3] Supernova; [spec:2,talent:5/3] Blast Wave
...however, as you can see with mages, it can get ugly when factoring in spec specific talents. Imagine if you also want to use a different buff with each talent based on spec, ew.
TalentMacros keeps it simple!
Use /talentmacros to open the config and create the auto-updating general macros (t1-7 and tpvp1-3) or customize the macro used for each talent. You can put whatever you want for each talent, including another spell, or item, or whatever for passives.
The default macro for every talent is simply:
#showtooltip
/cast talent name
Also supports PvP talents! If you're missing the pvp macros, just hit the "Create Macros" button in the config.

Posted Jul 25, 2016I have to actually set the icon on the macro for it to work so you need to delete the #showtooltip line, otherwise it lets the macro set it (which needs the question mark).
I assume that's the issue :p

Posted Jul 21, 2016I thought about that, but decided it's fine to show the button does nothing. Does the question mark just upset you? You can always change the macro to show something else in the settings.

Posted Jul 24, 2016Just out of curiosity, are some of the spell icons and tooltips not in the game yet?
I noticed on several of my characters, the macros were created, but for some of the talents, nothing shows up, just a black icon that still shows as a button on the action bar.

Posted Jul 25, 2016Just to let you know there is a bug for showing some passive talents.
For some talents wow has it directory set as Interface\Icons and for some others it is INTERFACE\ICONS. The addon now only shows icons for passive talents with the path Interace\Icons.
This line is whats not doing the job 100%

Posted Jul 21, 2016I cannot get the "create macro" button to light up. It is showing the new talents, anything i am missing on this?
Ive tried the nolib and library version to no avail. All the newest 7.0 version.
Feels like im missing something really ez
