Debuff uptime doesn't count Rake #518

    Ok, as a feral u start the combat in stleath mode with Rake and this will upply Aura Rake, but as far as i understand is happens before Skada started any action, since combat is not started yet. So if i will not allow Rake to drop, skada will never show rake on the dubuff uptime page. Since only Aura_Renew is firing.
