Recount has a feature that looks at a player's GearScore mod information, then divides the player's DPS and/or Damage (Or Heals/HPS) by that amount. This makes it much simpler to see how well a player's skill fills out their gear potential, or can bring attention to spec problems (since there's no 'SpecScore'). It helps sort out those whose numbers are lower because they need gearing, from those who are just bad.

If Skada made a module with that functionality, I could finally toss out Recount completely.
