    - Bump Data TOC
    - Nameplates are now an easy subset of targets
    - Only fallback for legion vignettes if we didn't find it
    - Run dataminer on legion
    - Improve miner a bit
    - Rebuild zoneid/mapid mapping
    - Run dataminer on non-beta content
    - Include requirements for a venv in the tools
    - Special-case the legion vignette icon, until we have data
    - More redundant name-remembering for the LDB list
    - Bounce the icon when seeing a rare, if possible
    - Avoid occasional 0 title in click target
