Marker: Forever has its own project ID now
Forever reports WOW_PROJECT_CAMELOT instead of WOW_PROJECT_MAINLINE, so the check added in 7fcffe5 no longer matched it. Marker could call the protected SetRaidTarget again and trigger the blocked-action popup. The macro marker option had the same check and could be greyed out in Forever.

Vignettes: less repeated work on each VIGNETTES_UPDATED
Check the loot re-notify delay before the zone and position lookups. In
RangeExtender, replace the per-icon tContains with a set and look up the map
once per event.
Overlay: minimap OnUpdate read a cvar every frame
Cache rotateMinimap and refresh it on CVAR_UPDATE.
RangeExtender: only load in standard, not mainline
Config: a non-numeric ignore key could break the Ignore tab
A string key in either ignore list became a string "order" in the options
table, which AceConfigDialog reads as a handler method name and errors on.
Remove such keys on load, and fall back to a default order if one gets through.
