Waypoints: if TomTom:AddWaypoint isn't returning what's expected, abort
This will mean the crazyarrow won't get set, but it's better than a lua
error.
Not sure why this would have been reported, but someone has a stacktrace
showing that waypoint=3 there, despite TomTom only ever returning a
table. At a guess: someone hooking TomTom.AddWaypoint poorly.
Browser: adjust how the close button is positioned for better Forever ui
Bindings: move to a dedicated category
Blizzard stopped header displaying anything back in 2022, and doesn't
plan to change that (see: Stanzilla/WoWUIBugs#305). This makes a binding
hard to interpret when mixed with other addon bindings. (And there's not
enough space in the UI to include a prefix.)
Coiled Isle: fix Garsecg's criteria
It was 110172, which is Lady Liminus's from Eversong. I got the ID by
dumping it from the API on the PTR, so presumably Blizzard mixed this up
