Pets and toys also count as interesting if they're known but BoE
Mounts already were. Transmog still isn't, because it's so dependent on
the item.
New setting that controls this: boeloot. Similar to the "known mounts
are boring" setting that was removed in the notable rewrite.

Loot counted as missing on a character that couldn't loot it
Loot with requires (covenant, class, etc) would return a status of
false (knowable-but-not-obtained) rather than true (obtained) or
nil (unknowable/unobtainable). Very noticeable with mount rares, but
technically affected anything that could be unobtainable.
Fixes #347
