  • Clean up notable.lua comments
  • Split out counting shared loot from letting it choose the alert
    I like the share loot counting towards notability, but giving the full
    "A MOUNT?!?!?!" treatment to a tiny drop chance shared with every rare
    in the zone is a bit much.
