Don't show the notes icon on a reused popup
Avoid an error when receiving a sync while in combat
Remove some old versions from the TOC
Vignettes: make ignoring glowing moths from the popup ignore the group
It was ignoring the single vignette, which was probably not what someone
wanted.
Also, make vignettes respect ignoring the source.
Sync: being in the same zone counts as "nearby", not just UnitInRange
This means that guild sync will now be affected by this preference. If a
UnitInRange check happens it will override the zone check.
