  • Move the tooltip notes addition out of being a popup-only thing
  • Delay the first vignette scan so we'll have data
    Coords are often missing when you're logging in.
  • Flag RangeExtender with AllowLoadGameType to only load in mainline and mists
    Stops it being there in the addon list flagged as out-of-date for classic
    where it literally cannot do anything.
