RangeExtender: start hiding specific problematic mystery vignettes
Change custom/ignore config behavior so it remembers rares this session
After you've seen a rare this-session, add it to the "ignore" group so
you can easily check it. Remember names so that the input/slashcommand
work for rares that're not in the bundled data.
Fixes #199
