Update luacheckrc
Popup's loot count: if items aren't fully loaded wait to display it
It was causing problems for determining suitable loot. Particularly
noticeable on the very-full-of-loot Expedition Scout Packs, which are
frequent enough that I was often seeing them when I was reloading the UI
and which showed as having anywhere from 3-11 items "suitable".
Improve loot-miner's direct output a bit
Loot button shouldn't show if there's an empty loot-table
