  • Include the anniversary mobs, only when the event is active
  • Display non-active mobs faded on the map, hide missing required entirely
  • Split requires into requires and active
  • New conditions for calendar events
    Drawback: the label only works if the event is chronologically nearby
  • Pull in conditions and render string updates from handynotes
  • Generate the macro based on the current ActionButtonUseKeyDown cvar
    If it's 1, use the "LeftButton" variant. If it's 0, omit that.
    I hope this'll become unnecessary in the future, but there's no obvious
    action on this from Blizzard yet.
  • Minor cleanup of some loot-window events
