  • Vignette spam suppression logic: was bad
    Most things with onWorldMap turn out to also have zoneInfiniteAOI, so
    this check effectively blocked e.g. all the Korthia big rares from being
    announced until you got close to them... unless they had a yell that
    tripped the chat detection.
    Instead, just restrict the world map scan to non-loot for now.
