    What steps will reproduce the problem?

    sounds to show up in parrot, which they do not

    What version of the product are you using?
    r178

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no

    Please provide any additional information below.
    i tried the manual way as well as the automatic one according to the instructions provided with the product but neither worked, and parrot has the libsharedmedia in it's folders so i guess it should work
