Upgrade daily/weekly quest support
Work harder on login to detect daily/weekly quest completions that were not directly observed by the addon.
In most cases the addon will now show quests completed when the addon wasn't running (eg on a diff computer).
After a character reset, all daily/weekly quest progress should be re-detected on next login
Account-wide daily/weekly quests are now listed in the leftmost column, instead of individual toons
