SavedInstances
SavedInstances
An addon that keeps track of the instance/raid lockouts saved against your characters, and related currencies and cooldowns. SavedInstances has the following features:
- Tooltip display shows current lockouts and data for all your characters, and optionally expired lockouts
- Secondary tooltip (per-lockout) shows lockout details including bosses available, lock status and time remaining, and can be linked into chat
- Tracks the honor points and conquest points of all your characters, including weekly caps
- Tracks seals, resources, money, and other useful currencies (configurable display)
- Tracks weekly World Boss Loots
- Tracks LFR bosses looted
- Tracks holiday boss encounters
- Tracks daily and weekly quests completed for each toon (mouseover entry to list completed quests)
- Tracks Tanaan Jungle oil bosses: Doomroller, Deathtalon, Terrorfist, Vengeance (mouseover daily quests)
- Tracks Garrison invasion rewards (mouseover weekly quests)
- Tracks monthly Darkmoon Faire quests completed for each toon (mouseover weekly quests)
- Tracks weekly "special" loots on the Timeless Isle and Isle of Thunder (mouseover weekly quests)
- Tracks trade skill cooldowns (eg. Celestial cloth, Living Steel transmute, Secrets of Draenor, etc.)
- Tracks data for all your characters across servers and factions
- Can be configured to always show your favorite instances so you can use it like a shopping list
- Tracks Blizzard's 10 instance per hour per account limit (*)
- Tracking Bonus Loot Rolls (hidden by default), to help in "gaming" the bad luck protection (*)

Known Issues
SavedInstances is pretty good, but it's still not quite perfect. There are currently a few issues:
- When first installed, SavedInstances has no knowledge of your other characters: you'll need to log into each for their information to be recorded
- (*) = Indicates a feature displaying data that cannot be directly queried from the server, but rather is collected by the addon while observing player actions. Actions taken while the addon is disabled, or from other computers, or before a client crash, can result in this display being temporarily out-of-date or incomplete.
- Lockout time remaining and other features may be off by an hour when your region changes to and from Daylight Savings Time, or if you manually adjust the timezone of your computer.
- Tracking for the 10 instance per hour limit uses heuristic detection and hence may occasionally be inaccurate (notably when another player has lead and performs explicit resets), but does a reasonable job for common cases.
Usage
SavedInstances will create a new button on the minimap, and you can use it to interact with SavedInstances just fine. The addon can also be displayed using a LibDataBroker-compatible display addon. I personally use Chocolate Bar which works quite well. Finally, you can bind a key or use "/si show" to open a detached window containing the display.
Is it possible to add the daily supply crate? The quest ID is 56792.
second this - JUST the raid/dungeon tracker/timer would be amazing with the sheer numbers of arena runs, jump runs, boss farms in lbrs ..

In case someone finds this useful, I wanted to track "How Things Really Happened" and "Soldier of Time" across a number of alts. I added the following lines after line 46 in quests.lua:
-- Caverns of Time
[57298] = { zid=75 }, -- How Things Really Happened
[57300] = { zid=75 }, -- Soldier of Time
Now that I think of it, it would be useful to be able to add custom quests to be tracked :)

Any chance of a version for Classic?
Thanks in advance!

Hello!
First off thanks for this useful addon! Very handy for transmog hunter with many alts to keep track where I should go.
I have found a minor issue. "The LFR: Fall of Deathwing" and the "LFR: The Siege of Wyrmrest Temple" show incorrectly abit merged as both show as 8/4 when finished, they both tracking this two part LFR as one.
MoP LFRs work as they intended like 4/4 or 3/3.
I love this addon!! Would it be possible to add an option for keeping track of which toons have done the profession-specific WQs? For example, Felwort in Legion zones, etc.? That would be super sweet if you could add it. <3 Keep up the great work!
Latest version with todays update doesn't show all my toons on the server, only like 5 of them for some reason, reverting to the old version fixes this for now.
also is there any plan to add the nazjatar world boss to the tracking ?
seems like your issue is related to https://github.com/SavedInstances/SavedInstances/issues/302 , if you want your characters to show, you can use "always show"
Nazjatar World Bosses are already tracked in latest release.
In reply to soulyouth:
I have the same issue.
I have more than 10 alts.
In my case, all the characters who have nothing but emissary done are not shown.
I'm not sure if it is intentional, or if there is an option to change it.
For those who want to track the Mechagon worldquest and/or Rustfeather, Harvester and Soundless kills, and who are not afraid of some manual editing, try the following. Open Quest.lua from the addon directory and add any combination of the following lines to the _specialQuests variable, at line 47. They will be tracked as daily quests.
-- Mechagon worldquest
[55901] = { zid=1462, daily=true }, -- Rustbolt Rebellion
[56139] = { zid=1462, daily=true }, -- Junkyard Treasures
[56141] = { zid=1462, daily=true }, -- Security First
-- Mechagon rares
[55512] = { zid=1462, aid=13470, acid=7, daily=true }, -- Arachnoid Harvester
[55811] = { zid=1462, aid=13470, acid=18, daily=true }, -- Rustfeather
-- Nazjatar rares
[56298] = { zid=1355, aid=13691, acid=31, daily=true }, -- Soundless

Thanks, this is exactly what I was after!
Can someone please tell me what the meaning behind that "2/16 min" indicator is?
In reply to NinjaPewPew:
If I'm correct it tells you how many instances you entered in the last hour (2 in your case), and how many minutes till the oldest of those drops out of the hour (16 in your case). There is some mouse over text to explain it.
I'm seeing this too. Except on mine, when I started doing quests, the entire daily quests row disappeared! Turning it off and back on isn't helping.
This month, the Darkmoon Faire started on the second Sunday (8 instead of 1) and the weekly quest for the profession +5 skill points are not showing up, has anyone have a workaround for it?
Is there any possible way to add the two new world bosses for Nazjatar in to the list of instances? Just really would help to keep track with alts. Thanks!
