Hello since the last wow update, I no longer have the tooltip with all the mounts etc, I downloaded the old versions of rarity but nothing helps. Currently on latest alpha rarity

You'll have to provide some actionable information beyond "it's not working and nothing helps" if you want me to assist you. Any script errors etc.?

You'll probably have to hide some categories or items. LibQTip is the library that Rarity uses for its UI, and displaying "too many" items can cause the client to stop the addon from running (depends on your system). It's a known issue but there's no easy fix, unfortunately.

how to unfollow the items already obtained? apart manually

There's no way to uncheck "repeatedly" for all items. But in the Advanced options, there's a button to do this for pets, which might help?

Beyond that, you could track only items on the current map, or hide some expansions/categories completely. Or, use a macro to set the repeated flag to false for all items, but that's a bit cumbersome as well.
