    OK, let's pretend for a second that you didn't just create a new account to ask the same question i've already answered...

    If you see a "white dot" and the addon failed to load, there must be an error message. Without this error, I have no information to go on and so there's absolutely nothing I can do. If you don't see any errors, install BugSack and BugGrabber (addons) and enable them:

    * https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/bugsack

    * https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/bug-grabber

    If there's still nothing, enable Lua errors via console commands:

    * https://www.wowace.com/projects/rarity/pages/faq/how-to-enable-and-disable-script-errors-lua-errors

    You can test that errors are shown by typing this in your console:

    /run error("test")

     And if the error is the same as in the previous issues (RESEARCH_ARTIFACT_HISTORY_READY) then your local installation is messed up and you should delete the entire Rarity folder (make a backup just in case) before reinstalling r719, since this can only be explained by having an outdated Core/EventHandlers.lua file on disk - perhaps you set the folder to readonly by accident and some files weren't overwritten when you updated.

    If there's no error with r719 or r720, but the issue persists, you can try to change profiles (create a new one maybe) to see if some settings might be wrong. It seems strange that the "Feed text" dropdown is empty  in your screenshot but I don't know if that's really a problem. Also, you can confirm whether the "white dot" is actually the progress bar via the /framestack command - hover over it with this active to see if it's caused by Rarity.

    Lastly, I remember that someone on Discord mentioned a similar issue and it turned out the size of their progress bar was just set to 1x1 pixels. That could be another explanation, and in this case you can either modify the settings or change profiles to see if it makes any difference. But check for errors first since that's a lot easier to debug than random visual glitches that could be caused by pretty much anything, even Blizzard's UI.

    You can configure the output channel in the options. If changing profiles resolves the "white dot" then it's likely that you can just resize the progress bar in the old profile to make it visible again.It might also be another setting, or you can just hide the progress bar if you don't need it.
