    • Addon version (Example: r664-alpha)
    • Did you RESTART the game after updating the addon? (Make sure to exit and close fully the client, and not just reload your UI, to detect newly-added files)
    • Steps to reproduce the error or unwanted behaviour (If the addon won't load, make sure to enable script errors!)
    • Any other information you consider relevant or helpful in solving the problem (Screenshots, expected behaviour, things you already tried to fix the issue...)

     Thank you for understanding! It's not always easy to troubleshoot problems. Please don't make it more difficult by disregarding these suggestions.

    Newest version installed and updated via twitch. Everytime I use rarity it crashes my game, I have reinstalled and tried without the addon and all works fine. As son as i put it back into use, the game freezes and crashes constantly as if updating attempts etc is causing the game to overload. Other issues include rarity opening its main menu on its own without being clicked into. Bizarre and had to stop using it to be able to play. Game breaking right now. I am using a gaming pc with geforce graphics card etc and running over 50mbps internet on direct connection, fps is consistently comfortably at 60frames as set by me. All works great and no issues otherwise

    Sounds like you have too many items being tracked and it's taking a long time to initialize? You could try reducing the amount of items displayed if the addon loads (without opening the tooltip/clicking the minimap button). If you mean the options with "main menu" that seems very peculiar, but without more information I can't do anything here.

     

    Does the "crash" appear instantly after you log in, i.e. without any interaction on your part, or only when you try to use the addon? Does it pass if you wait, say, 20-30 seconds or more? Assuming you're refering to the game becoming unresponsive (freeze) and not an actual crash (game shuts down with an error).
