Hello , since last 2 months, the sound when a rare comes up doenst sound at all , although the icon with the rare;s name does..i tried to reset the sound setting but yet, nothing..idk how i could fix that..

What sound effect are you referring to? Are you sure you're not mistaking this addon for another one? Rarity doesn't track rare NPCs and the only sound it plays is when you receive a rare item.

Hm...Ok let me explain what i meean..when a rare NPC is close where i am , it appears a smal icon in top corner with his name..when this icon appears, it is being accompanied with a specific sound..i thought that this sound was from Rarity addon, isnt it ?

Rarity tracks rare items such as mounts, pets, and toys (see the project description for details). The only UI components are the main tooltip/LDB feed and the tooltip that is shown when hovering over NPCs that have a chance to drop one of the items that it tracks.

You could take a screenshot to make sure we're not talking about different things, but it does sound like you're looking for another addon :)
