What steps will reproduce the problem?1.Visit (for instance) Uldum2.Fish from a pool (any pool, the rounds in the water which you have to search)3.Notice that the addon doesn't respond to any of the fishing activity.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?I would expect that the addon would count the times i have fished in pools (and looted the fish), just like it does when i'm farming for the spirit darter in feralas. that part works flawlessly.
I have read the FAQ and seen that i should move the cursor over the pool This doesn't seem to work either. From the faq i understand that the wow lua API doesn't fully support tracking of pool fishing, so if it's impossible to improve it, you may consider this ticket as non existant.
What version of the product are you using?R46 and R48
Do you have an error log of what happened? No, i actually don't know where i can locate the logfiles for this particular addon. Might you need 'm, i'd be happy to paste
Please provide any additional information below.I'm willing to do any testing or helping possible, and thanks for creating this magnificent addon!.
Please see the FAQ from the main page:
Rarity isn't counting all my fishing pool attempts. Why?
The game doesn't give us an easy way to tell what you're fishing in. To make sure Rarity counts all your fishing pool attempts, do this: right after you cast your line, make sure to mouseover the pool of fish. Then when you loot the bobber, Rarity should count the attempt.
Confirmed this issue does appear to exist, at least in Uldum. Working on a fix.
