    What steps will reproduce the problem?

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Says you are supposed to be able to toggle this bar by clicking it. No luck here. No options in menu to turn off either.

    What version of the product are you using?
    r492b release

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No
