I was on my alt farming the Disgusting Oozeling pet at Skulk Rock in The Hinterlands. Unfortunately even after killing and looting more than 10 Jade Oozes and Green Sludges the counter still remained at 0.

Rarity counts the bag that drops, not the kills.
