- When looting an NPC, if that NPC also has a statistic assigned, attempt count is not incremented (this avoids duplicate attempts for statistics-tracked NPCs such as Kael'thas)

- Many changes to the item use detection and bag scanning core. This will allow items like the Disgusting Oozeling to be repeatedly farmed. These changes may have introduced regression issues for the other detection methods, and I haven't been able to find another Oozeling to test the obtained achievement yet.
- Add some workarounds for code in LibSink that causes Lua errors for some users
