* Added Mage "Spellsteal" as offensive dispel. I've been informed that even if
  a magic buff can't be stolen, Spellsteal can still dispel it.

* Added Shield Slam as offensive dispel for protection warriors.

These changes should bring RCL up-to-date with Malazee's latest updates.
