NabuFiveSec
Description
The five second rule was a mechanic which affected mana regeneration prior to patch 4.0.1. After that patch, Addons like this were no longer necessary.
NabuFiveSec monitors your mana regeneration. It displays a bar when your mana regeneration is disabled. This bar display the amount of time until you get your next full tick of mana. It is meant as an aid for casters to use their mana better.
The Five Second Bar is movable, sizable and lockable.

/nfs - Gives you a list of available options.

One feature request? Add an option to let it keep repeating after the first five seconds while in combat? If it's possible for me to wait 10 secs for a cast I will. It would help to know when each tic occurs. :)

Posted Dec 26, 2006@dafox: /nfs - Will show you all possible slash commands.
/nfs lock - Will lock or unlock the bar. If the bar is unlocked you will always see the bar (with a small title). To move it around just click on it and drag it around. After that, type /nfs lock again to look the bar at its current position.
If you moved the bar to a position where you cant see it anymore... just type /nfs reset. Then the bar shoud be in the middle of the screen again.
@TBC question: This addon works on WoW 2.0 and should also work with TBC.
