Have the ability to fade out frames when their health is over a certain limit (say, 95%, so players needing healing are more apparent).  Much like range finder, but above a health threshold.

I agree with is, and I'll add to it:

Right now, it looks like if they are missing any health or mana they will show at an opacity I set. It would be nice to set it to show them at 100% opacity if their health drops below 80% or a value we can set, that way we can prioritize who needs heals more than those who are at, say, 98% and are within range of a friendly spell.

XPerl handles this beautifully. It's just three check boxes (one to turn on fading, one to turn on range finding, one to turn on dispellable buffs), a slider for the health threshold, and then just drag up a spell to a box to set the range.

Of course PB4 is much nicer looking with tons of configurations making it easier to set up a UI, so I really want to change from it.

Their mana is no concern to me also, not much I can do for them if they have low mana in the middle of a fight. Cool feature though, would be nice to have it, just not combined with health.

I agree 100% that health and mana levels are not of equal importance to a healer. I want so badly to make Pitbull work in my healing UI in place of the old standbys like Grid and Healbot and VuhDo, none of which have the options to make them look and perform the way I want them to like Pitbull does. There are just a few frustrating awkward spots in Pitbull's configuration, and one of them is the combat fader. It needs a toggle that sets it to monitor health, mana, or both, and a threshold slider for both.

Many thanks for your work on this beautiful addon. Iso
