What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sometimes by targeting or de-targeting myself it gets removed. But its almost always there.
2. Also standing in Ironforge targeting different people, some has the bug and some doesnt. As far as i could understand its not class related.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to see them seperated but instead the the hp goes well into the mana bar, through the line that seperates them. See sceenshot

Please attach your config file (WTF/Account/USERNAME/SavedVariables/PitBull4.lua) to this ticket. Also please attach screenshots to the ticket and not host them on some image hosting service. You can attach a file by making a comment and then clicking the paperclip icon when you mouseover your comment. The icon will be in the upper top right of your comment area.

Your bar spacing was set to -10 which will make them overlap, this is the intended behavior of setting it to a negative value. /pb Layout editor Bars General Spacing, set it to 0.

Should fix your problem.
