Omniscience
Omniscience is intended to show hostile player buffs, cooldowns, lockouts, crowd control, etc. At the time of this writing, I really don't have much time to devote to it. My recommendation is that you take a look at Shadowed's Afflicted addon over at wowinterface, as he's basically done everythign I set out to do here.
